World Heritage Site in 1990 and is often referred to as the "Medieval
Manhattan of Tuscany" due to its well preserved towers. Its strategic position makes it the ideal starting point for day
excursions:
Tuscany highlights such as the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, the Leaning
Tower of Pisa and the enchanting Piazza del Campo in Siena are all
close at hands.
How to reach Us
Coming from the North (A1):
- Exit at Firenze Certosa
- Take the dual carriageway Firenze - Siena FI-SI direction Siena
- Exit at San Gimignano / Poggibonsi Nord
- You will reach San Gimignano after 12 km
- After the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit (past the police station)
- Follow the road of cypress trees for 800 m until you reach our gate
Coming from the
South (A1):
- Exit at Valdichiana
- Take the dual carriageway Siena - Firenze SI-FI direction Firenze
- Exit at San Gimignano / Poggibonsi Nord
- You will reach San Gimignano after 12 km
- After the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit (past the police station)
- Follow the road of cypress trees for 800 m until you reach our gate
Coming from
Pisa:
- Take the dual carriageway SGC Firenze - Pisa - Livorno FI-PI-LI direction Firenze
- Exit at Empoli Ovest
- Follow the road signs for Castelfiorentino - Certaldo
- From Certaldo follow the road signs for San Gimignano
- Take a right at the end of a large parking lot and pass the police station
- Follow the road of cypress trees for 800 m until you reach our gate
