Included in the price: 

On request: motorbikes: € 5 per day.

To be paid on the spot: 3^rd extra bed: € 30; 4^th extra bed € 20. Parking lot: € 10 per day;

How to book: 

You are asked to pay for your stay at least ten days prior to your arrival. In case the reservation is cancelled five to ten days prior to your arrival, you will be charged with 20% of the sum. If you cancel your reservation after five days prior to your arrival, you will be charged with 50% of the sum.

In all other cases, you will pay upon key collection. We are sorry to inform you that no payment by Credit Card and/or ATM cards is allowed.

A down payment of 30% of the total amount is required upon reservation.

All the disputes which may arise will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Law Court of Pisa.
