The two holiday-houses named respectively "Cerafina", the most large and "Eustaquia" the most small are placed into greenery of Tuscany countryside surrounding Volterra; an important historic centre with imposing etruscal rest: walls, gates and sculptures, as well as numerous buildings of medieval and Renaissance period. The two housings units, situated in a position where we can benefit of a very beautiful panorama, guarantee privacy and the possibility to have a swimming-pool allowing a full relaxation and refreshment during the most hots hours, of a dimension of 8x4x1.60, surrounded by greenery.

The swimming-pool is functional since month June to September, with the possibility to prolong the period in the case of particular fine weather.
