The Residence San Giovanni is situated in the lovely historical center of San Giovanni Valdarno, near the railway station, in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Arezzo and Siena. You could easily reach Florence and Arezzo in just half an hour by train and Siena in less than an hour by car.

 

The Residence rises in the principal avenue of the city center (Corso Italia) and you can reach walking a supermarket.

 

Not far from the Residence you can do any type of recreation: swimming pool, archery, minigolf, tennis. Every saturday morning, in Corso Italia, there is the typical market.

 

The Residence organises wine and oil tastings, and you can also taste a lot of Tuscan products in a cellar some kilometers far from the Residence (we organise also transfer services).

 

There are three types of apartment:

• one-room apartment
• loft
• two-rooms apartment

 

The apartments have modern furniture and any comfort: heating, tv color, kitchenette with kitchenware, private in room bathroom with shower. In the loft you can also use air conditioning.

 

The Residence has lift and private parking free.
