We could make discounts in case of reservations for more than 1 week. In case the client need more than 16 places we can make special accomodation in country houses nearby the villa. Contact the property for personalised kind of holiday and reservation.

Included in the price: Swimming pool, solarium, ping pong, bed linen, eventual mountain bikes on request.

On request: Housekeeping during the week, cooker and Tuscany cooking school, baby sitter.

To be paid on the spot: 

Final housekeeping: 200,00 € totally per week; Gas: on consumption at the price of 5,00 Euro/mc 

How to book: 30 % of the total amount at the moment of reservation by bank transfer, the other 70 %  by bank transfer 1 month before arrival.
