Wine road Montespertoli
The annual production of grape turns out to be of ql. 190.00 approximately and the wine production of hl. 140.110 of which 91,152 DOCG. The production of the Chianti is the first objective of our producers, obtained with the traditional practice of the "governo all'uso toscano"; the "government" confers to the wine greater freshnes, vivacuty and roundness of drinks. With appropriated selections of the grapes, it is produced Chianti destined to the aging, adapted to become RESERVA, demanded from the more sophisticated consumers and above all from the foreign market. For the producers of the territory, the most important engagement more important is the reimplantations of the new vineyards. It will be very important to replace the old vineyards with other traditional ones from RECENT SELECTIONS in order to reach a more and more prestigious quality level, above all now that has been recognized the subzone "Chianti Montespertoli".
